South West Air Service is the agent for Viva Energy Australia aircraft refuelling services at the Charleville Airport. We provide the following:

Jet A1 into aircraft refuelling - overwing and single point (pressure) using a mobile refueller
Avgas into aircraft refuelling - 24 hour self serve Outdoor Payment Terminal
Avgas and Jet A1 drum filling. Drums must be grade dedicated, clean, undamaged and dry
Supply of new Avgas drums
Shell Aero Oils - W100, W100 Plus, 100, 15W50 and Sports Plus 4
Light refreshment for travellers in our Flight Deck Cafe

Aviation Drum Filling

Call us to arrange a mutually suitable time to fill your drums - 46543033 (we don't fill drums on weekends)
Check that your drums are clean and dry - any liquid or dampness in drums will preclude filling
Follow the airport drive but don't veer right to the terminal, go straight on and follow the No Thru Rd to our depot
Our office is alongside the depot. We accept Viva Fuel2Fly card, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPos, Cheque and Cash.
Leave ignition sources and mobile phones in the vehicle cab. Unplug fridges on the tray of utes
Enclosed footwear must be used in the Depot. Children must remain in the vehicle cab.

Dangerous Goods Regulations require that any dangerous goods containers on a non-dangerous goods vehicle do not exceed 1000 litres in total capacity. This means that only 4 drums can be filled and carried on one vehicle.

To expidite the drum filling operation, you may choose to download the Fuel Order Form and Customer General Indemnity form using these links , especially if you are getting a third party to fill drums on your behalf. They can be emailed back to us at Charter@southwestair.com.au Please note that the Customer General Indemnity Form only needs to be submitted once per customer.
